Our client is a construction and manufacturing company that runs a very busy production facility in the far northern suburbs of Perth, and across Australia. Right now the client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead the WA team and adapt quickly to an exciting new environment.
Main Duties:
- Lead a team in providing dedicated customer service to reach required goals and KPI's.
- Supervise and manage all aspects of the customer service team.
- Monitor workflow processes and work distribution within the team.
- Train and develop team members.
- Process customer orders, quotations, purchase orders, and returns.
- Problem-solve and manage customer queries and complaints in a professional manner.
Essential Requirements: - 5 years' experience within a similar role (building or construction industries highly regarded).
- Proof of working rights in Australia.
- Current National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain one).
Desired Selection Criteria: - Intermediate computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with SAP software.
Other information: - There are no fixed start and end times, as long as these hours suit the team's needs.
- The start date for this role will be Feb 2026.
