We are seeking a new recruiter to join our team in a 360 role. We have a range of clients from ranging from oil & gas to local government councils to construction and logistics.

What You’ll Do: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions for Clients we have or you bring.
- Develop relationships with new and Established Clients that suit YOUR skills.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Present and Future Clients, and hire for Client managers to understand the Client's staffing needs.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiations.
- Utilise social media, job boards, and other platforms to advertise job openings.
- Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in our CRM system, JobAdder.
What We’re Looking For: - Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
