A Temporary full-time role that has become available for an experienced customer relations professional to act as the “first point of contact” via phones as well as in person.

The candidate we are looking for must have previous switchboard and Customer Service experience who is confident and comfortable answering all telephone enquiries, transferring calls and taking messages. Other duties will include:            

1. Provide customers with information regarding programmes and services and with relevant information as required.
2. Assist customers with instructions.
3. Updating "Messages on Hold" every 4 weeks or as appropriate.
