Job Summary:

Crest Labour are looking for Precast Concrete Workers to produce high-quality precast concrete products for our client in Swan Valley region.

The role involves preparing moulds, mixing and pouring concrete, finishing products, and ensuring all items meet quality standards and specifications.

We are also seeking concrete patchers experienced with mixing materials, repairing faults and providing high quality finishing for concrete products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare moulds for concrete production.
• Mix and pour concrete, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Finish concrete surfaces (smoothing, polishing, etc.).
• Inspect products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
• Read and interpret blueprints for accurate production.

Key Requirements:

• White card
• Experience as a precast concreter or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of concrete materials and finishing techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and ensure quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and safety conscious.
• Driver's license and reliable transport as area is not well serviced by public transport

Work Environment:

• Outdoor yard setting, with required PPE.
