We are currently seeking experienced HSE Professionals for upcoming exciting projects within the Mining, Construction, and Oil & Gas industries across Western Australia. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HSE management systems and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across sites and projects.
- Provide HSE training and support to employees, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Promote a culture of safety through proactive communication, engagement, and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on safety performance, recommending and executing improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the management of emergency response planning and coordination.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HSE roles within the Mining, Construction, or Oil & Gas industries.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of WHS regulations and best practices in the mining, construction, or oil & gas sectors.
- Experience with incident investigation, hazard identification, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and drive a safety-first culture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Current First Aid, WorkSafe certifications, and CSR (Construction Safety Representative) qualification are highly desirable.
- WA-based or willing to relocate to Western Australia.
