Position: Senior Recruiter
Location: Perth, WA 
Type: Full-Time
What You’ll Do:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions for Clients.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract talent.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Present and Future Clients, and hire for Client managers to understand the Client's staffing needs.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiations.
  • Utilise social media, job boards, and other platforms to advertise job openings.
  • Maintain accurate and organised candidate records in our CRM system, JobAdder.
  • Seek new Clients that suit YOUR skills
What We’re Looking For:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and resume databases.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
