- Armadale Shopping Centre Expansion
Located in the centre of Armadale
City shopping precinct, the $56 million redevelopment of the Armadale
ShoppingCity is set to expand the shopping Centre to double is capacity
to a total tenancy area of 31,200 m2 and additional associated car
parking. The site is bounded by Jull Street, Fourth Ave, Church
Street and Whitehead Street and has a total land area of 6.59 hectares.
The works are programmed to be completed in 3 stages over a 24 month
period commencing in December 2005.
The works include the construction
of a new Target, Mini Major, speciality shops and Malls, new undercroft
and roof-deck car parking for 1,140 cars. The expansion also includes
refurbishment of the existing shopping centre malls and speciality
shops.
