Permanent Recruitement and Labour Hire
In majority of cases, the recruitment process starts when one of our consultants sits down with the client to establish the position description including specific needs related to advertising, candidate testing or similar. Once the position requirements are clearly understood, we start the search process using the local and international candidate databases.

The resumes are reviewed for relevant qualifications and experience, and a shortlist of candidates is created. Focus is put on a quick turnaround for shortlists. We will contact the client in 48 hours if we don’t find a suitable candidate. Following the interview, the candidates may be subjected to psychometric or specific skill testing in line with the client requirements. Reference checks are performed for all short-listed candidates.

With graduate recruitment, we keep strong links with the local universities where we target high achievers in their final, or even penultimate year. These measures are necessary in the current climate, where high calibrate graduates are highly sought after, especially in the resource sector.

Crest Personnel provides full labour hire service for short and long term contracts. We run fortnightly payroll, providing full insurances as required by the Client. Crest Personnel has a signed Labour Agreement with the Australian Government allowing us to mobilise and on-hire contract personnel on 457 visas. We also can assist with relocation of candidates, including organising shipment of personal items, flights and accomodation in Perth.
